The State appeals the trial court’s order quashing the indictments against Appellee Frank Ford. Ford filed a motion to dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. 1 On July 14, 2004, we issued an opinion and order denying Appellee Frank Ford’s motion to dismiss. In his motion to dismiss, Ford argued that we lacked jurisdiction over this appeal because the attorney pro tern did not timely file his oath with the clerk of the court.
