Defendant, as administrator of the succession of Simon King, advertised to be sold on the seventh of April last, and as belonging to said succession, a tract of land alleged by plaintiff to be the property of the succession of Jesse Sherman
The intended and advertised sale was enjoined by plaintiff, as administrator of the succession of said Jesse Sherman. He prays that the latter’s succession be recognized as the owner of that land.
