This was a bill for the specific performance of a contract to convey eighty acres of land. We are satisfied that the principal allegations of the bill were sustained by the evidence, and that the decree appealed from is erroneous. The complainant, Morton, who was a nephew of Murray’s wife, from the age of fourteen lived in the family of Murray, and worked for him for upwards of six years, performing for the greater part of the time the labor of a hired hand, but received for his services little more than his clothing".
