This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment of the Superior Court which dismissed her claim for the proceeds of a life insurance policy. The judge made findings of fact which we summarize below.

The plaintiff was the named beneficiary of a life insurance policy issued by the defendant to Nelson Noble, the plaintiffs husband. The policy provided for payment of $26,000 to the beneficiary if the insured should die while the policy was in full force.
