EISMANN, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an award of court costs and attorney fees. We affirm the award of attorney fees, reverse the award of copying' costs and expert witness fees, and award attorney fees on appeal.
I.FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Edward Lettunich (Ed) and Mike Lettunich (Mike) were partners in Lettunich & Sons Limited Partnership, which operated a cattle ranching operation begun by their father in 1969.
