HOOK, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs in error, who are owners of property in Greeley, Colo., which was selected as a site for a post office building, seek to defeat the condemnation proceeding instituted by the government to acquire it because the Secretary of the Treasury was induced to choose that particular location by an agreement of owners of neighboring property to pay the cost thereof in excess of the sum appropriated by Congress. The trial court held against them. The act authorized the Secretary to acquire a suitable site by purchase, condemnation, or otherwise within the limit of $15,000.…
