*787In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Winslow, J.), entered February 11, 2008, which granted the motion of the defendant Michael Dikman pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against him.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
