This matter is before the Court on the motion of Jeffrey D. Katz (“Katz”), Christopher L. Young (“Young”) and JDKatz, P.C, (“JDKatz”)1 (collectively, the “Defendants”), to dismiss Counts IX and X of the complaint filed by chapter 7 trustee Bruce H. Matson (the “Trustee”).
