This suit was brought by Charlie I. Braun, individually and as next friend of his two minor children, Charlotte Braun and James Allen Braun, against Union Transports, Inc. Plaintiffs sought damages for the death of their wife and mother, Haysel Braun, and Charles Richard Braun, their minor son and brother, occasioned by a collision between an automobile belonging to Charlie I.
