Plaintiff Bernice Coleman filed this action against defendant Norwegian Cruise Lines alleging that as a result of defendant’s negligence, she sustained personal injuries while on board defendant’s cruise ship. Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss in which it argues that plaintiff’s claim is barred by the one-year statute of limitations contained in the ticket issued to plaintiff.
