Murder — 40 years.
Issue: Miranda.
We affirm.
James was found guilty by a jury of murder and armed violence. Judgment was entered only on the murder charge and a sentence of 40 years’ imprisonment was imposed. (This sentence is to be served consecutive to a 30-year sentence imposed on an attempt murder conviction which is now on appeal to this court in case No. 15306.)
