Agnes Y. Gould, deceased, devised to the defendant, a foreign corporation, subject to a life estate in her daughter, the plaintiff, the real estate in controversy, “to be appropriated and applied for the use and-benefit of the Woman’s Board of Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America.” A demurrer to plaintiff’s petition was overruled, the will was declared void, and judgment quieting title in plaintiff, heir at law, was entered, from which defendant appeals.
