I. Introduction

The appeals and motions before the Court, supported by a voluminous record and extensive briefing, arise out of the alleged fraudulent transfer of stock valued at approximately $43 million from the Estate of Cloyce K. Box, the patriarch of a Texas oil and gas family, to a holding company called Box Brothers Holding Company (“BBHC” or “Debtor”), in an alleged attempt to defraud judgment creditors of Cloyce K. Box.
