Appellants R2 Investments, LDC, (“R2 ”) and Law Debenture Trust Co. (“LDT”) appeal from the Confirmation Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Bankruptcy Court”) dated November 17, 2009, wherein the Bankruptcy Court issued extensive findings of fact and conclusions of law, and confirmed the pre-negotiated Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (hereinafter, the “Plan”) by Charter Communications, Inc.
