Myrtle Mae Daly Brown and others claiming an interest in certain real property (“plaintiffs”) filed suit in the Chancery Court of Shelby County against Norma Jean Belton Daly (“defendant”), seeking a court-ordered partition and sale of real property located in Eads, Tennessee.
