TURK, Chief Judge.
This wrongful death action was filed by the executrix and ancillary administrator of the estate of Robert V. Burnette (decedent) against the General Electric Company (defendant) on the theory that decedent was electrocuted because of the failure of defendant’s employees, servants and agents to exercise ordinary care in activating electricity in the area in which decedent was working at the time of his death.
