This was an indictment against Frederick Mapes for selling intoxicating liquor to one Bissel Bice, who, it was alleged, ivas in the habit of getting intoxicated. The plaintiff in error was indicted for selling intoxicating liquors to a person alleged to be in the habit of getting intoxicated. On the trial he was found guilty, in the manner and form as charged, and the court pronounced judgment on the verdict.
