In the year 1908, the parties to this suit launched their bark upon the matrimonial sea, .and after a more or less tempestuous voyage the craft was wrecked in the month of December, 1916, plaintiff contends because of the defendant’s cruel and inhuman treatment of her, and as alleged by the defendant, because of the plaintiff’s willful desertion and abandonment of him.
