I. INTRODUCTION
This case is a class action involving escrow funds that violated the truth-in-leasing regulations. This matter is before the Court on three Motions filed by the Defendants Arctic Express, Inc. (“Arctic”) and D & A Associates, Ltd. (“D & A”) and one Motion filed by the Plaintiffs.
