ORDER DENYING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO VACATE, SET ASIDE, OR CORRECT SENTENCE

HACKETT, District Judge.

Petitioner Johnny Lyons, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, filed a motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence which was based upon 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). Respondent filed a response. For the reasons stated in this order, petitioner’s motion is denied.
