*96This action involves the ferry right over Green River between Calhoun and Rumsey, in McLean County. The appellee, Margaret Calhoun, claims to own the ferry privilege upon the Rumsey .or southern side of the river, while the appellee, Irene Gates, and her children, claim to own that right upon the Calhoun or northern, side of the river. The appellees claim their respective rights by virtue of a complete chain of title from the Commonwealth for lands bordering upon the river over which the ferry is operated.
