This action was commenced by the plaintiff Michael Gonzalez against the defendants Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis, Incorporated (“Paine Webber”), Ron Lindner, Norman Eisner, and Robert Manta for alleged violations of the federal securities laws, the rules of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”), the Commodity Exchange Act, and New York law.
