In its brief on appeal to this court prior to . our decision in Snyder’s Drug Stores, Inc. v. North Dakota State Board of Pharmacy, 202 N.W.2d 140 (N.D.1972), Snyder’s, a subsidiary of Red Owl Stores, Inc., said:
