Appeal by plaintiffs from an order denying plaintiffs’ motion to strike out a separate defense.

This action is brought upon a subscription agreement for benevolent purposes calling for payment by the defendants of a certain sum in installments.

The separate defense sets out that at a dinner given to further the charitable purpose referred to, sums were allocated to be raised *785by various groups of business men; that “ based upon the prosperous condition of business in the fur industry during that year ” a specified amount was designated to be raised in that trade; that “ each of the said speakers solicited voluntary contributions from the said guests upon the basis of the conditions…
