STEELMAN, Judge.

Defendant failed to preserve his argument as to a variance in the victim’s name. Where the State presented evidence that a cell phone was taken from the victim, the trial court properly denied defendant’s motion to dismiss. Where the State presented evidence that, while the other robber held a gun on the victim, defendant rifled through his pockets, the trial court properly denied defendant’s motion to dismiss.
