MEMORANDUM

RAMBO, District Judge.

Plaintiff Rettinger originally brought this action in the Court of Common Pleas, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, seeking damages from defendant American Can Company for alleged wrongful discharge of plaintiff following her filing of a claim under the Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act, 77 P.S. § 1 et seq. Defendant removed the case to this court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a).
