This is an appeal in a workmen’s compensation case. Appellant, David L. Dike, was an employee of appellee, Edward Betz, and alleges that during construction of a concrete liner in an irrigation ditch on the farm owned and operated by appellees, Lester Klein and Vemetta Klein, his, wife, he sustained injuries. Appellee Betz did not carry workmen’s compensation insurance. On hearing before a single judge of the Workmen’s Compensation Court, an award was made to appellant.
