This is an action on an account brought by the plaintiff, Eason Oil Company, against the defendant, Charles E. Knox. The parties waived a jury, and the trial court rendered judgment for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
The account arose out of the operation by the plaintiff of an oil and gas lease owned by plaintiff and defendant, each having a one-half interest therein.
