Pacific First Federal Savings & Loan Ass'n v. Flathead Properties, Inc.

The garnishee (Schaudt, Stemm and Walter, Inc.) appeals from the judgment of the trial court entered in favor of plaintiff/gamishor on allegations against the garnishee after two Notices of Garnishment were served in attempting to collect an outstanding judgment against defendant Schaudt. We affirm.
