HAZEL, District Judge.

The complainants, 13 in number, citizens of Tennessee, suing in behalf of themselves and of others similarly situated, are dissatisfied members and holders of insurance policies in the respondent Mutual Reserve Fund Life Association, a domestic corporation. The applications for membership therein (except that of complainant Hastings) were made during the years 1886 to 1900. A decree is sought for a dissolution of said association, an accounting, injunction, appointment of receiver, and distribution of corporate assets, with the object of winding up its affairs.…
