Clarence Otts, a minor, by his father and next friend, brought suit in the Hot Spring Circuit Court against appellant, seeking to recover damages in the sum of $3,000 • for injuries alleged to have been received by Clarence Otts on the 8th day of August, 1927, while in the employ of the appellant lumber company.
