The City of Lubbock and the Lubbock Fire Department, which are collectively referred to as the City, present an eleven-point attack against the trial court’s judgment, rendered on a jury’s verdict, ordering overtime compensation paid to Harold Eckles, James Dean and James Vaughn, who are collectively referred to as the firemen.
