OPINION

GREEN, Chief Justice.

This is a personal injury suit brought by appellant R. C. Smith, Jr., to recover damages from appellee Texas Pipeline Company sustained when appellant’s automobile was in a collision with appellee’s pickup truck being driven by appellee’s employee Walker within the scope of his employment. The jury found Walker guilty of negligence proximately causing the accident in failing to keep a proper lookout, in failing to give a left turn signal, in attempting, to turn to the left immediately before the collision, and in attempting to make a left turn when same could not…
