Per Curiam :
Plaintiff in error gave a note to the Areola State Bank for $5400 and signed his name and that of Margaret L. Ernst, his wife, thereto. He was indicted in the circuit court of Douglas county on the charge of forgery. The indictment charged that he forged the note with intent to defraud Margaret L. Ernst. The second count charged that he passed the forged note with intent to defraud her. He was found guilty by a jury and brings the cause here for review.
