This was an action to enjoin the sale of certain real estate in Oklahoma City by the United States marshal of the Indian Territory, upon an execution issued from the district court at Musco-gee, I. T. The record discloses the fact that a judgment was rendered in the United States court for the Indian Territory at Muscogee, on the 26th day of June, 1891, in favor of Ransom B. Payne and against C. G. Frost, for the sum of $321 and costs of suit; that execution was issued on said judgment bearing date the 14th day of February, 1892, and…
