Bobert O. Ball and defendant Nancy Lee Ball were married October 28, 1955. Their marital domicile was Atchison, Atchison County, Kansas, which was and is the home of Robert’s parents, Elmer B. Ball and wife. Plaintiff Anthony Wayne Ball, born April 19, 1956, is the only child of Bobert and Nancy.
