BRASWELL, Judge.

After the amputation of her left leg plaintiff sued her surgeon for malpractice. Answering the issues submitted to it in the defendant’s favor, the jury determined that the plaintiff had not been injured by the defendant’s alleged negligence and was entitled to no recovery.
