Pioneer Commercial Funding Corp. a financing company, based in Scarsdale, New York did on February 2, 1984 file a Motion for Relief from Stay so that it could proceed to realize on certain accounts receivable consisting of all billings processed through the Airlines Clearing House, Inc. for the account of the debtor, Air Vermont, Inc.
