FRANCIS G. CONRAD, Bankruptcy Judge.

This dispute between the trustee and a creditor who has moved for relief from stay concerns a motor vehicle that, like the phoenix, has risen from its ashes. The creditor had perfected a security interest in a truck that was largely destroyed in an accident. The creditor believes that this security interest covers a reconstructed truck incorporating parts salvaged from the original vehicle.
