The case at bar is a will contest involving an appeal from the order of the Register of Wills of Allegheny County entered May 3, 1956, admitting to probate a paper writing dated December 19, 1955, as the last will and testament of the above named decedent and granting letters testamentary thereon to Mrs. Edward Hoffmann Grapp, proponent of the will who is a niece by marriage of decedent.
