This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment convicting him of the crime of burglary of the second degree. The following facts are pertinent to the appeal: On July 18, 1932, at some time between 7 and 8 o’clock P. M., a garage building owned by the Sierra Talc Company in the town of Keeler, Inyo County, was entered and a number of tires and tubes, together with a small sum of money, were taken from the premises.
