JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Richard Stadmire ("appellant"), appeals his convictions and sentences for rape, aggravated robbery and kidnapping. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On January 31, 2005, the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted appellant on four counts: counts one and two alleged rape, in violation of R.C. 2907.02, each with a sexually violent predator specification and a three-year firearm specification; count three alleged aggravated robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.01, with a three-year firearm specification; and count four alleged…
