—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of attempted murder in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 125.25 [1]), *933rape in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.35 [1]), sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1]), sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1]) and kidnapping in the second degree (Penal Law § 135.20). The conviction of attempted murder is supported by legally sufficient evidence, and the verdict with respect to that crime is not against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley,…
