On November 28, 2005 the Coalition For ICANN Transparency, Inc. (“CFIT”) sued VeriSign, Inc. (‘VeriSign”) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”) (collectively “defendants”) for antitrust violations, unfair competition, cybersquatting, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.
