Defendant, Joey Martin, appeals from a jury conviction for voluntary manslaughter, in violation of RSMo § 565.023 (1986), for which he was sentenced to five years imprisonment. He raises two issues on appeal. Defendant argues the trial court erred in not granting his motion for a new trial on the ground that a juror intentionally withheld information during voir dire.
