Affirming.

The appellees became sureties on the bond of the Pittsburg Foundation Company as a contractor for the construction of a sewer in Louisville. The appellant sold to that company a steam shovel for $37,500. The boom and bucket was special equipment constructed and put upon the machine solely for the use of this contractor on that particular job at a cost of $10,000, was not in general use on steam shovels, had no salable value except as junk material, and thereby was a complete loss.
