This case arose out of the purchase of a used automobile. The principal question is whether under the facts disclosed, the purchaser, appellant here, can avoid the provisions of certain written instruments — some of which were signed by both seller and purchaser — delivered to the purchaser at the time, or very soon after, the deal was agreed upon.
