FOLLAND, Justice.

This is a proceeding to review an award by the Industrial Commission of Utah to Nellie Nance Bowen on account of the death of her husband, H. F. Bowen, resulting from in jury received while in the employ of A. 0. Thorne, a contractor on public road work. The facts are not in dispute. The only question involved in this review is whether the commission, under the facts disclosed by the record, used the proper method in computing the amount of compensation that should be awarded.
