OPINION GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

LAWSON, District Judge.

The plaintiff commenced an action in the Isabella County, Michigan Circuit Court against a foreign insurance company seeking recovery under a policy of insurance which the defendant issued to the plaintiff. The policy was intended to reimburse the plaintiff for perils associated with accidental damage suffered during the course of plaintiffs oil well drilling operations.
