Petitioner, Darcy Truger, appeals from an order of the Illinois Human Rights Commission (Commission) affirming the Human Rights Department’s (Department’s) dismissal of her charge of discrimination against respondent, De Kalb County Special Education Association, for lack of substantial evidence.
